Lax Players are…Camera Shy?

Recently got the opportunity to go down to North Carolina with Billy Benz Bitter, Drew Adams (All-MLL Goalie), and Maverik Lacrosse to do some promotional video/photo stuff with lacrosse.com/Great Atlantic Lacrosse. It was a productive 2 days and I got some valuable time to continue to develop my relationship with some great lacrosse people.

Biggest surprise?! How nervous MLL guys get in front of the camera, especially the first few takes. With the exception of Drew, so I guess Bitter and I looked like little school girls on the first day of first grade trying to talk about Maverik equipment coming out. Once we settled in and the lacrosse.com guys assured that every guy that comes in gets the first time camera nerves, we did fine (I hope). It isn’t like getting interviewed at all, your speaking at a camera with no one asking questions.

It was fun to hear about the details of how lacrosse.com runs their business, a first class operation, but what do I know? I do know they have a pretty unique set up and a group of employees that were very fun to work with for the time we had with them. Video editing is something I want to get better at and some of the videos they showed us during lunch were pretty cool.
